For just $50, your session includes 15 minutes of photography, 5 professionally edited photos, and next-day delivery—making it easy to update your family photos, create holiday cards, or simply capture memories you’ll keep for years. Want even more? Add all unedited digital photos with a copyright release for $20, or make your session stand out with a drone family photo for just $15. Spaces are very limited, so reserve your time slot before they’re gone. Wear your best fall gear, bring your favorite people (and pets!), and smile big—because it’s Fall Y’all!
Cancellation Policy
By booking and purchasing a promotional photo session with NXT UP Media, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Session Time Each promotional photo session is limited to 15 minutes. Additional time is not included unless additional consecutive time slots are purchased and available. Please arrive on time, as late arrival may reduce your available shooting time. Photo Delivery Your completed photos will be delivered electronically via email with a Google Drive link within 24 hours of your scheduled session. 14-Day Download Window Your Google Drive gallery will remain available for 14 days from the date of delivery. The link and files will be removed on the 15th day. Please download and securely save all photos you wish to keep before the expiration date. NXT UP Media cannot guarantee that files will be available for recovery after the gallery has expired. Inclement Weather / Rescheduling Because these sessions take place outdoors, sessions affected by inclement weather will be rescheduled for Sunday, October 18. NXT UP Media will communicate any weather-related schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible. Portfolio & Promotional Use By purchasing and participating in this promotional session, you grant NXT UP Media and the assigned NXT UP Media creator(s) permission to use selected photographs from the session for professional portfolios and NXT UP Media promotional purposes, including its website, social media, marketing materials, and creator portfolios. Booking Agreement Completing your purchase confirms that you have reviewed and agree to these policies.
