Cancellation Policy
Wedding Special – Booking & Service Policy To secure your NXT UP Media Wedding Special, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided with your booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling: The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, if you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new available date when the reschedule request is made at least 7 days before your originally scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to creator availability. Delivery Time: Your professionally edited final content will be delivered within approximately 7–10 business days following your event. Creator Academy & Portfolio Use: This special is offered at a reduced promotional rate in part because it provides NXT UP Media creators with valuable real-world experience. By booking this special, you agree that NXT UP Media may use photographs, video clips, and other media captured during the event for creator portfolios, NXT UP Media marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials. All projects remain under the direction and quality standards of NXT UP Media, with the goal of providing you with a professional finished product while helping the next generation of creators grow. By submitting your deposit and completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this special.
